How to Shop Online

Welcome to Clinique For Men Online. Shopping is easy, convenient, and secure.

In order to shop online you will need to register with My Clinique. All of the Personal Information you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Enjoy all of the benefits of our online My Clinique membership program! Join now to receive all the benefits of becoming a member including e-newsletters with all the latest product news and promotions.

Step One:

Once you have selected the item you want to purchase, click "Add to Bag" . To change the amount (maximum 4 units per product) simply click the arrows beside the quantity box. For more information, view our Maximum Purchase Policy.

For products with different shades, click "Add to Bag" and then select the shade you require and click "confirm".

Step Two:

Click the "Add to Bag" icon to place the product selected and the desired quantity in your shopping bag.

At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "Shopping Bag" at the top of each page. If you change your mind, you may delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order before placing it.

Step Three:

When you've completed shopping, click the "View Shopping Bag" button found on the top of each page or in the window that appears when you have added an item to your bag.

Follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on "Submit Order" on the Review Order page.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 0870 034 2666 for assistance.

Selecting Colour Online

This site is best viewed with Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.

View Shopping Bag

Click on "Shopping Bag" to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered on this page. Deleting items from your shopping bag

If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply click on "View Bag" and select the box marked "Remove" to the left of the item. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

Maximum Purchase Policy

Search and Browse for Products

To find your favourite Clinique product or view the full array of Clinique products, use the search function located at the top right of the page. Enter in the name of the product or type of product you are searching for. If you are unsure of the name, try to type in a more general name such as "moisturiser", to view all moisturiser products. You can also go to the "At A Glance" section within the "Product Helper" section as this shows a full list of all the products that we sell on this site.

Item Availability

If an item is not available, it will be shown as out of stock on its product page, within the online shop. Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your Shopping Bag. However the stock that we have available online may be different to the availability within stores. Please consult our store locator for your nearest stockist.

Order History

Now you can easily and quickly reorder the Clinique Favourites you have purchased before - from your online account. Just go to "My Clinique" and click on Shop from Past Purchases to see all of your previous orders. Select the items you wish to order and proceed to checkout. It's that easy.
